MINISTERE DES RELATIONS INTERNATIONALES REPRESENTATION DIPLOMATIQUE KABYLE EN AFRIQUE DU SUD |
Pretoria, February 20th, 2018.
Congratulations to Mr Cyril Ramaphosa, the recently elected President by the Assembly of the Republic of South Africa.
Mr President Cyril Ramaphosa,
The people of South Africa have chosen you to lead their destiny.
Receive, Mr President, my most warm congratulations, and through me, those of the President of the Provisional Governemnt of Kabylia Mr Ferhat Mehenni and the Kabyle people who are colonized by Algeria, a country supported by the African Union, the cradle of corruption in the African continent.
Your exemplary engagement and service towards the people of the Republic of South Africa, and Africa in general, have been awarded with a brilliant triumph. Your victory, Mr President, speaks for justice and gives hope for those who still live under the boundaries of the monarchy.
In fact, both the vitality and transparency of the democratic experience of the Republic of South Africa stands as an exemplary and tested paradigm and a model of civilization, not just in our continent that still suffers from tyrannical governments but also in the world.
This message from the Kabyle People, viewed as a minority in North Africa, is a Save Our Soul message that must be heard beyond the boundaries of our frontiers. Your election, Mr President Cyril Ramaphosa, allows Africa and the whole world to hope and wait with optimism and confidence, and under your wise leadership, for an Africa that receives and hears her oppressed and marginalized children. These Others and marginalized minorities, like my Kabyle people, still live under tyrant dictators, in complicity with the African Union.
Africa for Africans, a continent united, since always, by history, values and friendship, is a new energy that will allow us, Mr President, to work with the African people, including the Kabyle people, a millennial in the world history, for better prospects.
Your prompt attention, Mr President, is more than urgent.
Sincerely,
Yuva N Talahamou
The Diplomatic Representative of Kabylia in the Republic of South Africa
